Zachery Blair began his real estate career in 2011 when he earned his license and joined Century 21 Advantage. With a background in healthcare and a passion for helping people, Zach quickly found his stride in real estate by focusing on relationships, honest guidance, and a strong work ethic. His early years at Century 21 helped build the foundation for the client-first approach that continues to define his career today.


From 2017 to 2023, Kate Blair earned her real estate license and joined Zachery Blair in helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals across Maine. In 2019, Zach and Kate made the move from Century 21 Advantage to help launch Realty ONE Group in Maine. During that time, Zach expanded his knowledge of the industry by taking on new responsibilities involved with helping grow and operate a developing brokerage, gaining valuable experience in leadership, agent support, and the behind-the-scenes aspects of running a real estate company.
At the same time, Kate continued helping grow Zach and Kate’s real estate business while developing a strong passion for marketing, branding, and client communication. Her creativity and eye for presentation helped shape their growing presence in the Maine real estate market and strengthened the personalized experience they provide to buyers and sellers.
From 2023 to today, Zachery Blair and Kate Blair took the next step in their journey by opening PinePoint Realty. Built on years of experience, relationships, and a shared passion for real estate, PinePoint Realty reflects their commitment to continuing the path of learning, helping, and growing together. Their overall goal remains simple — helping people find homes and build their future here in Maine while providing a personalized, down-to-earth real estate experience every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Kate enjoys the simple things that make life feel full—caramel iced lattes from Dunkin’, singing in the kitchen, gardening, and spending time with her family and dog.
